Union Catalog of Myanmar Academic Libraries


Union Catalog of Myanmar Academic Libraries (UCMAL) has details of more than 312,000 Book Titles and 54,000 Thesis titles in Myanmar and English. It is a combined catalog and effort of 26 major University Libraries in Myanmar and offers title, author and subject data as well as location. It was initiated by UCL and it won't be possible without combined effort of all these 27 university libraries. More academic libraries will be joining and union catalog data will be updated periodically.

e-Catalogs of Universities' Central Library can be searched here. Total of more than 82,500 Books, 30,000 Theses and 13,000 Palm Leaves catalogs are available online.

Resources have been sourced from Government, Universities, the private sector and NGOs. It can be used by anyone and it is free. You can self-register your account and start using it.
